It’s JOY WEEK at Holy Spirit!

Turkey Lunch—see previous messages. The lunch will be divided into two seatings and will take place over our regular lunch hour.  Thank you to our School Council and volunteers for making this annual luncheon possible! Please remember to send in a plate and cutlery in a ziplock bag to help us be good stewards of the environment.

WEDNESDAY, December 20th: Christmas Sweater Day! Let’s see those ugly, tacky Christmas Sweaters! 

THURSDAY, December 21st: Mad for Plaid Day! Wear your plaid today!

Christmas Production K to 6.  Our students involved have received information via paper copies and emails/D2L notices from teachers. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teachers. For those attending, please be courteous to our neighbours in regards to parking. We will open the playgroup for additional parking as well 30 minutes before show time.

On this day we we also have our annual Intermediate Presentation.  Our students involved have received information via emails/D2L notices from teachers. Annual Turkey Lunch

Our School Council is excited to invite all students of Holy Spirit School to a wonderful Christmas Turkey lunch in the gymnasium on Monday, December 18th, 2023.
Our delicious Christmas meal will include turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, veggies, buns, and a cookie! We are asking students to be green by bringing
their own plate, utensils, and drink/water bottle. To help offset the cost of the meal, we are asking parents to contribute $5.00 per child. All payments can be made through SchoolCash online.

In order to make this lunch successful we also need your help. If you and/or other family members are interested in supporting this tradition by volunteering, please let us know by filling out the link below. 12 Days of Christmas!: Our Leadership Group has designed the twelve days of Christmas at Holy Spirit. These twelve days will be Twelve Acts of Kindness to help us prepare our hearts for Christmas during this Advent Season.

Angel Tree Campaign: This is our last full week of our campaign.  Each teacher has shared with you a person they are providing for. We are also collecting grocery store gift cards in the main office to be divided amongst our 9 families to support them this holiday season. We thank you for your kindness and generosity.
