Dear Families
We had a really great day at school today!
Numerous Schools are having issues with School Cash Online. We are one of them. Once it is up and running, we will let you know.
Municipal By-Law has reached out to the school due to the complaints of our neighbours on Hay Cres. Please see the attached letter:

RE: Parking safety around schools
Dear parent or guardian,
As the school year begins, we remind you that dropping off and picking up students in school areas can cause a lot of extra traffic congestion. Illegally stopped or parked cars are a safety risk as they make it hard for other drivers to see pedestrians, particularly children, crossing the street.
We need your help to ensure the children of our community can get to and from school safely. The City of Cambridge has partnered with the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRSP) to remind drivers about school zone safety and parking.
If you are driving your child to school, please remember:
•Do not stop in No Stopping areas
•Do not park in No Parking areas
•Do not obstruct sidewalks, crosswalks, driveways or fire routes
Officers who patrol school areas will enforce parking regulations, ticketing illegally stopped or parked vehicles.
Parking Penalties:
•Stopping in a No Stopping zone, even momentarily, could result in a $45 ticket.
•Parking in a No Parking zone, even if the vehicle is occupied, could result in a $25 ticket.
•Stopping or parking in a fire route could result in a $81 ticket.
To help reduce the number of cars on the road in your school area, students are encouraged to use the pre-arranged bus transportation or consider other active ways to get to school such as bike riding or walking. These alternatives not only promote physical activity but help reduce pollution and traffic congestion, and increase safety around the school. Please visit the Region of Waterloo’s website for information on the Active and Safe Route to School initiative.
Please help us keep our school areas safe.
