June is here and the students are getting excited for the end of the year. We have a busy and exciting month ahead.
May you walk with God
This summer
In whatever you do
Wherever you go
Walking with God means…
Walking with honesty
And with courage,
Walking with love
And respect
And concern for the feelings of others
May you talk to God
This summer
And every day and
In every situation
Talking with God means…
Praying words of praise
For the beauty of creation
Saying prayers of thanks
For friends and good times,
Asking God’s help
In all your decisions
Expressing sorrow
When you have failed
May you talk with God
Every day.
Amen.
Staffing Update
It is with mixed feelings that we announce the retirements of 4 exceptional members of our Holy Spirit team. Ms. Tremblay, Ms. McNally, Ms. Bishop and Ms. Schoenfeld have been invaluable members of the Holy Spirit community, the staff and students will miss all that you bring to the Mighty Holy Spirit.
We also congratulate Ms. Staples who will be starting a new chapter in her teaching career. You will be greatly missed at the Mighty Holy Spirit.
Mission Fund Day
Mission Fund Day is quickly approaching on Thursday, June 20, 2019! With our secured door system in place we are asking for a list of family members that will be coming to enjoy our Mission Fund Day.
On the form below, we ask that you list your family name, along with the name of your child/children and the names of any parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles, etc. that will be attending Holy Spirit Mission Fund Day. If there are no adults coming to Mission Fund Day from your family, please disregard this notice.
For example, if my son Johnny goes to school at Holy Spirit and his grandparents are coming to Mission Day, I would record
Student Name: Johnny Smith Adults Attending: Paul and Jill Smith (grandparents)
We will record their names and then be able to cross-reference the names at the beginning of Mission Fund Day when they enter the building. This is to help ensure that all our students stay safe. All visitors will enter using the front doors of the school.

Community Safety: By-law Enforcement
Hello everyone. We are sending the Holy Spirit Community a direct link to the City of Cambridge By-Law Enforcement page to assist our community with access to information on when and how to report concerns. The page is very user friendly and will help in our continued effort to keep our school and neighborhood safe. The site explains how you can report by-law issues, when to notify police, and lists common by law complaints. Thank for your continued support.
