Great Learning Happening All Around Us!

At Holy Spirit we love to share with you about all the exciting things the we accomplish as a school community. But in the midst of the dances, assemblies and wonderful celebrations, we always keep learning at the forefront. Thank you to Mrs. Lemos, Mrs. Hanley and Mrs. Da Costa for guiding our Student Leadership Team to support the learning that happened in our Remembrance Day Liturgy. Whether it is a junior science class, a kindergarten class building letters or a group of staff learning about effective Math instruction on a PD Day…learning is always a priority at Holy Spirit school.

AWESOME Results for Hats Off to United Way, Legion Poppy Fundraisers and Candies For the Poor

Thank you Holy Spirit families for supporting our work as a school to help those in need in our community. Thank you to Mrs. Lemos and our Student Leadership Team for organizing our Candies for the poor fundraiser. The image below represents just a small portion of what was raised. Well done! Our Fundraiser that helps our Veterans was a huge success raising $694 for the Legion. Our United Way campaign raised over $650 from staff and students. Thank you to Mrs. Thompson for your work with the Legion and Mrs. Clegg for your efforts on the United Way Campaign. Plus, our school had a lot of fun hats in the school that day!
